About Us

Revive the mind, Transform the individual, Reform the society

REV-FORM

Rev-Form is situated in North London and has created a community drop-in centre in Enfield. The centre is open to all. We have a youth club, jobs club for all, a project for young people getting into work, musical equipment training classes, a hub open four afternoons a week for people to come in, chat and start valuable, positive friendships, 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring sessions, and much more.

REV-FORM actively participates towards positively impacting the lives of young people in the community who tend to lose hope in life.

Youth Empowerment and Activation Project

YEAP

….Re-Direct and Re-Build

VISION:

We want to inspire, mentor, and coach young people to live purposeful life geared towards contributing positively to the community.

About Yeap:

The Youth Empowerment and Activation Project (YEAP)is an arm of REV-FORM precisely choreographed for the inspiration, mentoring, and coaching of young people between the ages of 13 – 25 years to live an intentional and focused life, thereby becoming a positive contribution in the community.

To make our vision a reality, we organize structured and centralized planned events and unique programmes for these young people to manage social change and regulate their development and behaviour in the society.

During our sessions, the young people will be introduced, trained and mentored by experienced people who will give them a glimpse of a positive future and how by modelling this behaviour, they can impact society.

The sessions empower them to break free from societal stereotypes and negative conditioning around the community.

OUR OBJECTIVES:
Why the YEAP?

30 teens were murdered in 2021, the highest number since the Second World War and an anti-knife crime charity boss said social media and the coronavirus pandemic had a significant impact on young people being involved in incidents [By Tom Pettifor, Crime Editor; Matthew Young, News Reporter; Ryan Merrifield – 31 Dec 2021]

The Re-Store Project

…..Re-house and Reintegrate

The vision of the Re-Store project is to reach the homeless and people sleeping rough in our communities.

The REV-FORM team believes everyone is someone, irrespective of where they live or sleep.

Hence, our mission is to extend a warm hand of kindness towards young people sleeping rough on our streets and systematically help them integrate back into society and become functional through a strategic impact program. While we provide some immediate basic needs for the homeless and those sleeping rough, our greater goal is to contribute towards reducing and hopefully eliminating homelessness in our communities.

We understand the different situations that can lead to people sleeping rough or becoming homeless, whether short or long-term; hence, we work with compassion, commitment, love, and passion.

Our vision is to raise awareness about the homeless and rough sleeping issues. Still, beyond the awareness, we have planned to establish Re-Defining Centres that will open daily throughout the year to service people who fall into this category. We hope that through these centres, we can break the cycle of homelessness and sleeping rough and support our guests (those sleeping rough) to find shelter and safety while helping them reintegrate into society.

The Re-Defining Centre will be a place where we will teach the guests how to believe in themselves again, build on their weaknesses and maximise their strengths positively. In the meantime, while we keep building and developing, our short-term goal is to partner with other organisations whose focus is similar to ours. “Home is a notion that only nations of the homeless fully appreciate and only the uprooted comprehend.”
